Process for claiming Chumba Casino merch

Here's how the process works for claiming Chumba Casino swag you qualified for, from your participation in games and promotions at Chumba Casino.


  • Qualifying players will receive an email with a code for their items, and a link to the Chumba Casino Merch Site.
  • Follow the link to the site and enter the code.
  • If it's your first time, you'll be asked to create an account. This will allow you to specify the address to which you'd like your items sent (and you can add a bunch more addresses, so you can easily manage where you'd like your items sent). You can check your merch request history too.
  • Once you've created a merch site account, you'll see the items you won, waiting for you.
  • Select your size and color preferences where appropriate, follow the steps and submit your request. Unfortunately, if your size/color preference is not available, you will need to select an alternative size/color.
  • Once you submit your request, you'll receive an automated email confirming your request. This will specify the items you requested and the address to which they'll be sent. Please check this email. If there is an issue with the address, please contact us immediately. If more than 12 hours has passed, address changes cannot be made to requests received, and items will not be reissued.
  • Our warehouse and distribution partner will receive your request, and begin processing it.
  • Once your items ship, you'll receive another automated email with your parcel's tracking information.


We aim to send out your items within 3-5 business days. If one of your items is a trophy, this can take up to an additional 10 days, because we need to make the name plate.
Codes are specific to the event, and are one-time use only. Codes have an expiry date (which varies depending on when the event is held), so don't dilly dally when you get your code.

You'll notice we're using a different domain — chumbacasino.gifts — not chumbacasino.com. This is to keep the operation of the merch site separate from the platform. Neat and tidy. Neat as a new pin, as they say.
