How to redeem prizes on Chumba Casino

If you haven’t yet verified your account, click here and follow the instructions. You’ll need to verify your account before you can redeem any Sweeps Coin prizes. 

When you’re ready to redeem, you simply need to verify your banking information. 

Bank account verification

To redeem your Sweeps Coins prizes into your nominated bank account, you need to verify your bank information. 
We undertake meticulous identity and verification checks to confirm that your nominated bank account belongs to you, and that you are who you say you are. 

Once you’ve verified your identity and residential address, you’ll have the option to add your bank account information. You’ll need to submit a recent bank statement to do this. 

*Note: Ensure you update your bank and personal details to match your documents before you try to verify.

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your Chumba Casino account
  2. Click on the hamburger menu in the top right corner of the screen (three white lines)
  3. Select REDEEM button
  4. On the Redemptions page, click on the "Add bank account" link. You will be asked to fill in the form with your Bank account information. 
  5. Please ensure you select the correct Account type: Savings or Checking

Your bank statement will need to include the following: 

  • Bank name

  • Date of issue

  • Account owner name (Your name)

  • Bank account number

  • Clearing number


  • Statement must be dated within the last 6 months.

  • Statement must clearly show your full name, current residential address, bank account number and date

  • The copy of your bank statement can serve as the verification document for both your bank account and current residential address.

Once your details are verified, good news— you may redeem your Sweeps Coins prizes!

Notes on submitting documents

Some tips to remember when submitting your documents for address and bank account verification:

  • The document should be entirely visible, including all four corners, and must show your Name and Address and its Date of Issue.
  • Documents must not be modified or tampered with in any way.
  • Do not write on, draw or make any alterations to your documents.
  • Maximum file size for any single attachment is 25MB.

Tips for taking photos

  • Make sure all photos are in focus.
  • Avoid using the flash setting on your camera, this can make some areas too bright and unreadable.
  • Preview the photos before you send them. Make sure you can clearly read all the information.
  • Make sure you do not have any filters set on your camera.
